Robert Locke Taylor

Taylor received his B.S. degree from the University of Florida
College of Business Administration in 1969 and his J.D. from
the University of Florida College of Law in 1972. He became
a member of The Florida Bar in 1972, and is admitted to the
U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He
is also a Certified Mediator for both circuit and county

Harry Wesley Carls

Harry
Carls received his B.A. degree in Government from American
University School of Government and Public Administration in
1969 and his J.D. from George Washington University School
of Law in 1972. As an undergraduate, he was a member of Pi
Sigma Alpha, a National Political Science Honorary. He
became a member of The Florida Bar in 1972, and is admitted
to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
He is also a Certified Circuit Court Mediator and Insurance

Gene S. Boger

Senior Associate
Gene Boger joined the United States Army in
1967 and rose to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel before retiring
in 1988. His service to his country included a combat tour in Vietnam
and an operational tour in South Korea. He was a Commanding Officer
at Fort Hood and Fort Bragg, a Deputy Commander at Patrick AFB,
and also served as a Comptroller and Inspector General during his
years of military service.
Mr. Boger received his B.A. degree in Political Science in
1974 from Columbus College, and his J.D. with honors from Florida
State University College of Law in 1990. Also in 1990, he served
an internship for the Honorable Leander J. Shaw, Jr., Chief
Justice of the Florida Supreme Court. Gene became a member

Patrick
Howell received his B.S. degree in Public Administration from
Samford University in 1992 and his J.D. from Vermont Law School
in 1995. As an undergraduate, he was a member of Pi
Gamma Mu Honor Society, Phi Alpha Theta Honor
Society, and Sigma Nu Fraternity (member of the year,
1989), and was a Dean's List Scholar. In law school, Patrick
clerked for the U.S. Department of Justice and the Florida
Department of Environmental Protection, and he was a Dean's
List Scholar. He became a member of The Florida Bar in 1995
and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle

Patrie received her B.A. degree in Criminology and Law from
the University of Florida in 1990 and her J.D. with honors
from the University of Florida College of Law in 1993. In law
school, Beth was on staff for The Journal of Law and Public
Policy and received the Council of Ten Teaching Fellowship
for Property I. She became a member of The Florida Bar in 1993.

Robyn
Braun received her B.S. degree with Departmental Honors in
Justice & Policy
Studies from the Honors Program at Guilford College in 1994
and her J.D. cum laude from
Stetson University College of Law in 1998. In law school, she
was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity,
was the Notes and Comments Editor of the Stetson Law Review,
and served as President of the International Law Society. Robyn
was also a Teaching Fellow for Legal Research and Writing and
a Tutor for Civil Procedure and Torts. She interned for the
U.S. Army Legal Services Agency in Arlington and the U.S. Attorney's
Office in Tampa, and she clerked for The Florida Bar and the
law firm of Donaldson & Horsley, P.A. in Greensboro.
She became a member of The Florida Bar in 1998, and is admitted
to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Ms. Braun has also been an Adjunct Professor in the Business
Department and Paralegal Department at Florida Metropolitan
University and has served as a judge for the Florida High School
Mock Trial Competition State Finals and the National High School

Richard Coln received his B.S. degree in Political Science
from Florida State University in 1993 and received his J.D., cum
laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997.

student, Richard interned for the Public Defender for the 11th
Judicial Circuit in Miami .
